We roll up to 6mm mild steel, up to 2.5 metres long, for our own work and for other fabricators.
Solid bar. Rolled on the edge or on the flat. Various radii can be achieved depending on the gauge of material.
Tube and hollow section. The photos show 50mm × 3mm stainless tube being rolled. Achievable radii depend on the diameter of the tube.
Plate and sheet. Rolled with automated release of the workpiece.
